 The name in Arabic is ی Bas Belasi. In English, the play is called ی Bas Belasi (meaning "The Silent Woman"). Directed by Amin el-Rufai and starring Yara Shahbouch, the lead character in this drama is played by Hada el-Haddou. Hada el-Haddou was previously known as Hada el-Nour. It is based on a true story that took place in checkpoint areas in Egypt during the rule of former president Hosni el-Khatib. The play is told of the relationships that are developed between several young women in the checkpoints.
